In facilitated group work we form new relationships. These positive interactions can noticeably improve our feeling of wellbeing. Spending time in an environment of likeminded people is very powerful.

Luminous Steps offers a number of groups running throughout the year. Our focus is on individuals, carers and supporters who need a space to connect and an opportunity to do some work around improving wellness. All of our group work is done from a Narrative Therapy perspective with professional facilitators.

As a boutique organisation we have the flexibility to respond to your feedback. We will offer future groups around the identified needs of our community.
Joining our online group community involves providing Luminous Steps with your email address. We have full website security and private maintenance. We use a teleconferencing service that comes with guaranteed security and confidentiality. In addition to these measures we do not deal directly with funds. We use holding companies such as PayPal or the internal system of the Federal Government for our National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) based payments
Luminous Steps bills as a service provider of Specialist Positive Behaviour Support, Improved Relationships. As such we bill at government assessed rates. Typically, our groups run for 2 hours per session. We are able to invoice the NDIS directly where appropriate. We also have PayPal for direct payment. Multiple group sessions will be provided at a discounted rate. Please talk to us about any affordability concerns you may have.
